Me Worry? Matthew 6:25-33

Passage: Matthew 6:25-33

Verse: ““That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing?” Matthew‬ ‭6:25‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Stress is a part of our lives as women & stress causes worry. We worry about so many things & are unable to focus on the important things God is calling us to accomplish.

It was the same in Jesus’ day & He wanted to reassure people that their Father would see to their needs, enabling them to do Kingdom work, God’s work. It’s the same today. Jesus wants us to know our Father is taking care of our needs so we can focus on Hiis work, whatever it may be.

The 3 points from this lesson:

God cares for all living things;

God wants to see to all our daily needs;

This allows us to fix us on God”s plan for our life.
